Testimonials and review assets

Text, screenshot, review link, JPG, PNGInclude the quote, name, company, role, permission status, and any photo or logo that should accompany it.

Favicon and app icon

SVG, PNG, ICOA square icon or simplified logo mark is useful for browser tabs, bookmarks, and mobile homescreen icons.

Social sharing image

JPG, PNG, WebPThis is the image shown when the site is shared on social platforms. If you do not have one, it can be created during the project.

Social profile URLs

URLsInclude the active profiles that should be linked from the site, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, GitHub, or Google Business Profile.

Preferred social sharing accounts

Text, URLsIf multiple teams or locations have separate accounts, confirm which ones should be connected to this website.

Domain name and registrar access

Domain, provider name, secure access routeThe domain account is often controlled by the business owner, previous developer, agency, or IT provider. Do not send passwords by email.

DNS provider and current DNS records

Provider name, export, screenshot, inviteDNS controls the website, email, verification records, and other services. If you are unsure where it lives, we can help trace it.

Hosting and control panel access

Provider name, invite, secure access routeThis might be with your current developer, host, agency, or internal IT team. Use a secure method for access details.

CMS administrator access

Named admin account, temporary login, inviteNamed accounts are better than shared logins. If the existing site is being rebuilt or migrated, admin access helps with content and technical review.

Analytics and tag manager access

GA4, Google Tag Manager, other analytics IDsInvite access is safer than sharing account passwords. Include any tracking IDs or containers already in use.

Search Console and webmaster tools access

Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster ToolsThis helps check indexing, sitemaps, crawl issues, and launch changes. If it is not set up yet, it can be created during the project.

Email sending and SMTP details

Provider name, SMTP settings, API keyContact forms, order emails, password resets, and notifications need reliable sending. Share credentials only through a secure route.

CRM, newsletter, booking, or ecommerce embeds

URLs, embed snippets, account invitesInclude Mailchimp, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Calendly, payment, review, chat, booking, CRM, or other tools the website needs to connect to.

API keys and verification keys

API key, site key, verification recordThis can include reCAPTCHA, maps, payment, reviews, chat, or other services. Do not paste secrets into normal email or upload forms.

Legal company information

TextInclude registered company name, company number, VAT number, trading name, or other details that need to appear on the site.

Public phone numbers and email addresses

TextConfirm the details visitors should use, including different departments, locations, or enquiry types if needed.

Form notification recipients

Email addressesConfirm where contact forms, quote requests, bookings, orders, or support messages should be sent.

Addresses, locations, and service areas

Text, URLs, map linksInclude physical locations, mailing addresses, regions served, and any location-specific instructions.

Page list and priority pages

Text, spreadsheet, sitemapList the pages you know you need. It is fine if the list changes during discovery.

Existing page copy
